Shipping and Returns.

Shipping confirmation

Simple Beautiful Living will email you a confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. All orders will be processed 1- 3 business days after purchased.  Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Shipping fees are based by weight and location and will be calculated at checkout. We pride ourselves on not making a profit on shipping, and thank you for your understanding of cost.

Return Policy

Simple Beautiful Living strives for the highest possible customer satisfaction. We want you to love our products but if you are not satisfied we accept returns within 10 days of shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, books or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards *skincare/beauty *furniture *rugs *candles *lighting * fabric items such as (throws, pillows, floor mats, etc.)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, please follow the directions below:

1. Email info@simplebeautifulliving.com with your inquiry and to receive a RMA number.

2. Once customer service has responded to your inquiry we will provide you with a shipping label. Print the return label and affix it to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest specified carrier within 3 days of requesting the label.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@simplebeautifulliving.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items are final sale.
